Return Policy

CANLAB s.r.o. values customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it under the conditions described below.

Eligible Products

Returns are accepted for the product: Tachograph Download Key.

Return Window

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be returned undamaged, complete, and preferably in its original packaging.
  • The item must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify its properties and functionality.
  • Please include proof of purchase (invoice or order number) and a completed withdrawal form (or a written notice of withdrawal is sufficient).

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us in advance at info@canlab.cz or +420 606 522 225 to notify us of your intent to return the item.
  2. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during shipping.
  3. Send the item to the following address:

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the paid amount using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal (or from receipt of the returned item, whichever is later).
