CANLAB s.r.o.("us", "we", or "our") provides CarGuard application (“app”) on Google Play. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the app.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the app. By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection And Use

While using our app, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to sign in to Google Drive or FTP server. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your Google credentials or FTP credentials ("Personal Information").

Other data we might require:

GPS

GPS data is used only within location-wise features of our app and only after users enables them in app’s preferences.

Camera

Used within EcoDrive module for taking photos in critical moments,  enables user to better evaluate drive performance. Photos are not shared with any third party by the app.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
